This historic theare, built in 1904 by local businessman T.B. Sheldon, was the nation's first city-owned theatre. In 1986 the theatre underwent a complete restoration to reinstate the building to its original splendor.
The Sheldon Theatre, described as a "glittering jewel box", charms performers and audiences alike.

The Dining Room by A.R. Gurney - Phoenix Theatre
The "Dining Room" is a dramatic, and sometimes comedic, presentation set in the dining room of a typcal upper-middle-class WASP family. Written for a cast of only 6 actors, 57 different characters are performed to represent WASP families and other American cultures. With each vignette, the actors change roles, personalities and ages to portray a wide variety of characters, from little boys to stern grandfathers, from Irish housemaids to senile grandmothers. Every new set of people ad events gives an in depth portrait of the dying WASP culture.

America: The Great Melting Pot - Red Wing Singers
Always a hit is everyone's favorite hometown singing group, the Red Wing Singers.
