Bonner is a pre-kindergarten through third grade building. The students receive instruction from specialists in music, art, physical education, and library.

Central Intermediate School educates fourth and fifth grade students. Central's goal is to work cooperatively with parents and staff to prepare students to meet the challenges of the present and the demands of the future by developing sound academic and personal skills.

Stewartville Middle School is the educational setting for students in grades 6, 7, and 8. In addition to a sound regular education program, students are also provided with various special services if needed, and numerous extra-curricular opportunities, clubs, etc. throughout the school year.

Stewartville High School consists of grades 9-12 and offers a variety of educational experiences. The high school follows a seven-period day with students taking a minimum of six classes, plus a study hall. Stewartville High School offers classes from Foreign Language, Business Education, Agriculture, Industrial Education, Family and Consumer Science, Visual Arts, and the basic core classes. In addition, high schoolers can be involved in a variety of activities from athletics, forensics, SADD, FFA, BPA, to drama and musicals.

Stewartville Public Schools also offer special education services for all areas of special needs. In addition, the schools have gifted and talented programs available.
