Rochester Honkers Baseball - Summer 2008

The return of Honkers baseball is a sure sign of summer. Every summer, the Northwoods League team brings its special brand of family entertainment to Mayo Field in Rochester with Honkers baseball. Each summer, 26 top collegiate baseball players move to Rochester and live with host families, in order to compete in the baseball league.

Although Honkers take the baseball seriously, the game's entertainment involves more than a nine innings of high-caliber ball. It also includes music, dancing, contests and the Honkers' ever-ebullient mascot, Slider.

Admission: $5 Adult (13 & older), $4 Seniors (60+), $4 Child (age 4-12).
