G-Monkeys

G-Monkeys  was formed 5 years ago in 2003, the band started out as a group of motorcycle mechanics that wanted to jam and have some fun. Their profession was the inspiration for the name G-Monkeys, which stands for Grease Monkeys.

Since thier inception the band has played at almost every live music bar in Southeastern MN.

They started out as an acoustic band and when they began to book more gigs, they started to play electric instruments as well.

The G-Monkey's play everything from Aerosmith to The White Stripes, 70's, 80's 90's, rock, country, blues, southern, and modern rock.

The bands lineup has gone through some changes over the years. Currently they are a 3-piece band.

Jon Prosch - lead vocals & bass.
Ron Little - lead guitars,effects, vocals
Scott Wenz - drums, vocals
