The happiest hour in town, according to our voters, isn't really limited to just an hour or two. The imaginative daily specials at Whistle Binkies last all day and night, with the after-work crowd stopping by in droves for them. Eternal favorite specials are Mystery Mondays (when $2 will buy you whatever random beer is named on a slip of paper you pull out of a Guinness hat even a $10 Belgian bottle) and Tropical Tuesdays (when Coronas, Red Stripes, and margaritas are cheap).
