The nearest Amtrak depot to Rochester is in Winona, 45 miles to the east. Specialty Tours offers direct shuttle service to the station. Daily service is provided by reservation only, with a 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. departures, but with preference of 24-hour notice. Per-person rates are $29 one way or $51 round trip.
